Christmas Function, Panorama House, Maddens Plains, 07 December 2019 ....

A change of pace for this years Christmas Function, as we switched venues to the wonderful views from Panorama House, Maddens Plains.

Rose and Harold, Annie and I and Bob arrived early to check out the venue and before long we were joined by the rest of the group. Pre lunch drinks went down well before we headed through to the main dining room for our fabulous Christmas smorgasbord. With a great table organized, even with some persistent smoke haze from the Sydney bushfires, our group had fabulous views across the Illawarra and south coast.

Lunch completed Bob started the Christmas raffles with some great prizes provided by Bob and Rose, and Annie with some Christmas Caramel Slice packs. Bob then presented club members with this years Christmas give-a-ways. This year, members had the choice of an awesome Club Beanie or Club Scarf. Thanks to Bob for organizing this, great job mate. 😀

The party atmosphere carried on into the afternoon, until it was time to retire to the bar area for final yearly thank you’s and updates for next years club plans, before heading outside for a group photo and goodbyes.
