Cordeaux Dam and BBQ 15/07/2018 ....

For this run the group met-up at Leo's Diner, and after coffee and a talk about the day's run we headed-off on time at 10:14am. It was a good run down the freeway except for another motorist who thought that the breakdown lane was for overtaking. Apart from this we made good time and arrived at the dam by 11:00am. On arrivan, we were greeted by some other club members who arrived early and saved us a good parking spot.

Soon after arriving, we fired-up the BBQs with our master chef (Mark) in charge of the cooking with some help of Steve. It was just a great day for a winter BBQ and get together.

There was no shortage of food with plenty of salads followed by an array of splending desserts. What a choice we had?

Many thanks to all the ladies for their efforts as they must have been up all night cooking and preparing everything. Following lunch we headed down to the dam for a photo snap and to walk-off lunch.

I would like to thank all attended this run, and once again a big thank you to all the ladies for their great efforts.
