Bathurst, 12 April 2015 ....

Another great day to drive the Torana. Liz and I met-up with Peter Macken at Glenbrook. Steve, Annie, Mark, Heather and the kids, Ria and Jack arrived soon after. While waiting for Bob, lots of muscle cars drove past, Bob arriving from the M4 McDonalds, where he met with some new friends from the MG Club. He led the group up the Great Western Highway to Lithgow. The highway now near completion, but speed limits still low for the trip.

Meeting Rob Farnsworth and the Mountain Cruizers Club at Lithgow they followed the group to Bathurst. On the way, there were some members taking photos of the convoy.

Arriving at the National Racing Motor Museum at Mount Panorama, a meet-and-greet with the Cruizers and a look through the museum. A few decided to do a lap or two around the famous track, but as there was a mountain bike marathon on at the time, there were plenty of people around, so hot laps weren’t the go.

The group headed-off to Panthers Club for lunch, then a group photo taken outside.

Goodbyes to all, time to cruise home. Thanks to all who attended and those for taking some great photos on the day.
