Aqua Golf, Panthers, Penrith, 17 November 2013 ....

Hi all club members,

We arrived at Penrith Aqua Golf and met up with Bob. We elected to sit in his car as light rain had spoilt our day. While waiting for others to arrive, a decision was made to go to our lunch venue (The Rowers Club), no other club members, just Bob, Liz and Les.

What a wet and miserable day, we grabbed a table and watched HQ Holden racing from Wakefield Park on the big screen.

We needed something to warm us up, so coffee and hot chocolate was the order of the day and a big chocolate cookie.

Time to order lunch, while standing in the line Joe and Cath walked in to join us. Quite a lot of people had arrived for the entertainment that started at 12:30, it was a performing arts group from the local high school.

Lunch was served and the band started, by 1:15 we had finished lunch and had a good talk and catch up so we decided to leave. Photo shoot at the front of the club.

What a nice wet day for inside activities. Thank you to those who ventured out today, see you on our next meeting?
