Kurnell, 20 May, 2012 ....

We met at Macca’s Padstow and left at 9.00am in sunshine, we had a good run through the National Park, one problem, it started to rain.

By the time we got to Kurnell it was bucketing down, as we were early for the pizza place, we took a drive up through the park to Cape Solander, very wet, no whales to be seen and too wet to get out of the cars.

After returning to the pizza place at 12, the sign said 12 on Sundays, we found out that they don’t open until 5. So we left Kurnell in the rain and headed home.

Hope to see a few more at the next run to Mooney Workers Club in June.
